PODCAST: Croom Vocational HS Student Wins NFTE’s Greater Washington Region’s Winter Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge

It is not very often that high school students are presented with the opportunity to develop real business plans and compete for seed money that will allow them to bring their business dreams to life.
Thanks to the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and the dedication of many business leaders in the area, five D.C. area teen entrepreneurs had the opportunity to present their business plans to some of the areas most influential business leaders during NFTE’s Greater Washington Region’s Winter Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge.
Today, we are showcasing an exclusive podcast with Jordan Brooks from Croom Vocational HS who won the competition for his graphics and printing business, Threshold Graphics. Jordan is joined by Erin Cribbs, the Business Education Department Chair at Croom Vocational HS, and Bob Morgan, co-founder and CEO of MorganFranklin Corporation.
Congratulations to Jordan for pulling off this Pivotal Play. We imagine he will have a bright future in the business world.
